Congratulation, we finally named the BPHS Stadium Ted K Gorrell Stadium. The sign was placed over the announcers booth this past week.
Maryann, our Class of 1956 really wants to thank all of those who worked so hard to return Ted K Gorrell's name to our stadium

Enjoyed reading about everyone. Retired January 1992 after 28 years as a School
Secretary in the Hacienda La Puente School District. My husband Jim Sanders and
I also owned a Baskin Robbins in Covina (on Grand) and Glendora. We have had
the opportunity to travel to several areas around the globe. Would love to hear

MARGARET JEAN FARRELL HAS COME OUT HER DEPRESSION AND IS REALLY DOING A WHOLE LOT BETTER, THANKS TO YOUR CARDS AND NOTES. IT AMAZING WHAT A LITTLE NOTE FROM OLD FRIENDS CAN DO FOR A PERSON, AND SHE WAS SO EXCITED TO RECEIVE THEM. THE DOCTOR’S ARE NOW SAYING THEY THINK THAT SHE IS GOING TO MAKE IT. SO IF YOU HAVE TIME, LET’S GO ANOTHER AROUND OF CARDS AND MAYBE WE CAN GET HER OUT OF THE HOSPITAL, AFTER SEVEN WEEKS, AND BACK HOME WHERE SHE BELONGS.
